Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use apply to Cuepoint Studio and related websites (the "Service") operated by We Discovr Ltd (London, United Kingdom), trading as Cuepoint. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Cuepoint Studio provides tools for audio mastering, stem separation, vocal removal, audio analysis, and audio-reactive visual exports. Processing runs on cloud workers. Features and monthly operation limits (masters, stem splits, vocal removals, visual exports) depend on your plan. Paid plans are billed through Stripe; you can manage subscriptions and invoices from Billing in the app.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person may not share credentials across unrelated accounts to bypass plan limits.

Your content

You retain ownership of audio, artwork, and projects you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service (for example, to run mastering or stem jobs and deliver downloads to you). We do not train machine-learning models on your music and we do not sell your uploads to third parties for training.

Acceptable use

You may only upload content you have rights to process. Do not use the Service for unlawful material, malware, abuse, or attempts to bypass quotas or security. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscriptions (Free / Creator / Pro / Studio)

Free includes limited monthly operations and watermarked visual exports. Creator, Pro, and Studio add higher quotas, reference mastering (Pro+), and higher export resolution. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Plan details and prices are shown in-product and may change with reasonable notice.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". Masters, stems, and renders are provided without guarantee of commercial or artistic outcome. Prompt-guided mastering maps language to deterministic DSP settings; it is not a substitute for a human mastering engineer. Spotify links are used for metadata or vibe hints only unless you also upload reference audio.

Limitation of liability

Except where prohibited by law, We Discovr Ltd (trading as Cuepoint) is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data beyond content still held in our systems, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
