Cuepoint Studio is operated by We Discovr Ltd. We protect your account, project files, and processing data — and we do not train on your music.
Data minimization
We collect only what we need to run Cuepoint Studio: account details, project files, job metadata, and usage needed for billing and reliability.
User control
You can delete your account in Settings, which removes your projects, uploads, and job history. You may also email us to request access, correction, or deletion.
No training on your music
Your audio is processed to deliver your jobs. We do not use your uploads to train generative or mastering AI models, and we do not sell your music to third parties.
Security
Project files and account data are stored on Firebase / Google Cloud with access controls. Processing workers receive only what they need to complete a job.

The data controller for Cuepoint Studio is We Discovr Ltd, registered in London, United Kingdom. "Cuepoint" / "Cuepoint" is a trading name of We Discovr Ltd. References to Cuepoint in this policy mean We Discovr Ltd trading as Cuepoint.
Data we collect
Account: email, display name, and authentication identifiers (Firebase Auth), plus optional Google profile fields if you sign in with Google. Project files: audio, artwork, visual project data, job metadata, and renders you create. Usage: monthly operation counts (masters, stem splits, vocal removals, visual exports), plan entitlements, storage usage, and technical logs needed to operate and debug the Service.
How we use data
To authenticate you, store projects, run cloud processing workers, enforce plan limits, provide support, and improve reliability. We do not use your audio to train AI models.
Processors
Infrastructure providers (Google Firebase / Cloud for auth, database, storage, and functions), GPU hosts such as RunPod when workers are deployed, and Stripe for subscription billing process data under their terms solely to operate the Service.
Retention
Account and project data are kept while your account is active. Deleting your account in Settings removes your projects, uploads, and job history. You may email support to request deletion if you cannot access your account.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your location (including the UK and EEA), you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact privacy@cuepointstudio.com or support@cuepointstudio.com.
