Due to the digital nature of Cuepoint Studio subscriptions, we do not provide refunds once a subscription has been activated. Review your plan selection before checkout.
1. Scope of Agreement
These Sales and Refund Terms apply to subscriptions for Cuepoint Studio (the "Service") operated by We Discovr Ltd (London, United Kingdom), trading as Cuepoint, through cuepointstudio.com or authorized representatives.
2. No Refund Policy
Cuepoint Studio provides digital production tools and subscription features. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated billing for subscriptions once the service has been activated. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be waived upon commencement of the digital service where permitted by law.
3. Subscription Services
Paid plans (Creator, Pro, and Studio) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from Billing in the app; access continues until the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds are issued for the remaining period.
4. Pricing and Payment
We Discovr Ltd may change prices or correct pricing errors. Payment methods are those offered at checkout. Applicable taxes (including VAT where collected via Stripe Tax) may apply based on your location. Displayed amounts may be localized by currency.
5. Usage and Intellectual Property
A subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Cuepoint Studio for your own music production. Reselling access, scraping the Service, or redistributing processed outputs as a competing service is prohibited and may result in termination without refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
Cuepoint Studio is provided "as-is". We do not guarantee specific loudness, separation, or visual outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, We Discovr Ltd trading as Cuepoint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the Service.
